Florentine Cake2½ oz Butter
3 oz Castor Sugar
1 Standard Egg
2 oz Glace Cherries
2 oz Sultanas
1½ oz Chopped Walnuts
4 oz Desiccated Coconut
1 oz Self-Raising Flour
Place the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar and beat in the egg.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Place the mix in a 7” greased and lined tin and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350ºF until browned.
Allow to cool and cover with dark chocolate.
